Mei Youth Services CIC is a community interest company dedicated to supporting and empowering young people to reach their full potential. Established in 2025 and based in Redditch, we exist to create positive opportunities, provide guidance, and strengthen the wellbeing of young people within our communities.

As a social enterprise, our work is driven by purpose rather than profit. We are committed to delivering inclusive, community-focused services that respond to the real challenges young people face today. Our approach centres on building confidence, resilience, and life skills through meaningful engagement and supportive relationships.

We provide a range of youth-focused support, which may include mentoring, outreach programmes, and personal development activities. These services are designed to help young people overcome barriers, improve wellbeing, and access pathways into education, training, and employment, reflecting best practices seen across the wider youth sector.
